Leadership
Ben Epstein is a senior-level operations leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, innovation and operational excellence across the transportation and parking industries. As the founder and president of Pinnacle Transportation Group, Ben secured initial funding, built the company from the ground up and led it to serve 15 entities with nearly $3 million in annual revenue—all while maintaining 100% client retention.
Ben’s career includes leadership roles at Lanier Parking and AAA Parking, where he created and scaled successful valet and shuttle operations, generated multimillion-dollar revenues and implemented systems that significantly reduced costs and improved customer satisfaction. His expertise spans executive leadership, change management, training and development, and strategic business planning.
Fluent in English, Hebrew, and German (with conversational Spanish), Ben brings a global mindset, exceptional team-building skills, and a proven track record of sustainable business growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, C.U.N.Y.

Rigorous Vehicle Inspections
Every PTG driver conducts thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily. These inspections are documented and reviewed by our maintenance manager to prioritize any necessary repairs, ensuring our fleet operates at peak safety standards.
Daily Cleaning and Fueling
Our commitment to cleanliness is unwavering. Drivers are responsible for daily fueling and cleaning of their vehicles. Additionally, our dedicated staff performs power cleaning to maintain a pristine environment for our passengers.
Efficient Road Call Procedures
With a maintenance facility operational from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, PTG is prepared to deploy towing services promptly if needed, minimizing any potential disruptions.
Warranty and Repairs
We monitor all warranty parts and services through certified dealers, ensuring quality and reliability. While minor repairs are handled in-house, we collaborate with trusted vendors for more extensive repairs.
Maintenance Tracking System
Our advanced tracking system maintains historical data on all vehicle repairs. This data-driven approach allows us to analyze and enhance the longevity and performance of our shuttle fleet.

As we are involved with community affairs, we are also cognizant of the less fortunate. We continually strive to give back to those in need. As such, we are committed to providing assistance to a number of charitable organizations. IE: Colel Chabad, Jewish Federation of Atlanta, Greater Houston Jewish Federation, Giving is Loving, St. Jude Children Research Hospital, and The V Foundation to name a few.
There are many more organizations that we gladly donate time and money to. Both Jewish and Non-Jewish. It is important to me and to us as a company to give back as a thank you to the Almighty for allowing us to grow and prosper.
